Core Administration Modules

  • Installed Equipment Module

    This module registers the set of equipment that we have installed in the clients' potential Work Centers (or locations). Each piece of equipment can have a current maintenance contract associated with it.Each piece of equipment is identified by its serial number. Within each piece of equipment, we have the complete history of incident interventions and work orders related to it.

  • Job Ticket Module

    It tracks all post-sales incidents (or tickets) associated with Client Accounts or Contacts. Each incident progresses through various statuses: Pending, In Progress, and Resolved.Incidents can be automatically created in vTiger via a client email or through a new entry made via the Client Portal module.This module features an Android application that enables field technicians to manage these tickets while working at the client's location, collecting the acceptance signature, and logging the material consumed during the service call.

  • Service Contracts Module

    It tracks all Maintenance Service Contracts (or Agreements) held with our clients.These service contracts have a defined validity period (or term), which allows us to manage and control when we are required to provide our clients with free support or maintenance.

  • Work Centers Module

    This module allows you to create a database of work center addresses so you can link them to support tickets and locate each support ticket at a given client's work center address.

  • Facility Control Audit Management Module

    It records all the audits that technicians perform, checking a series of facility control parameters, for example, fire systems. From these entered parameters, a consulting report is extracted in PDF format to be sent to the client.

  • Contacts Module

    Record the people or contacts who work for each account. Each contact must be associated with an account, which is the company they work for. Each contact has email, phone, and address information specific to them, which may be different from the contact's associated account.

  • Ticket Management Module for Android App

    This module registers the set of post-sales incidents (or issues) related to client Accounts or Contacts.Given an incident, it passes through different statuses (pending, in progress, resolved). Incidents can be automatically opened in vTiger by an email sent by a client or by registration from the Client Portal module.

  • Suppliers Module:

    Register the database of suppliers available to issue purchase orders to them.

  • Invoice Module

    Records the set of sales invoices issued to customers (accounts). Each invoice can be associated with an initial quote generated from it, or with an order.

  • Recurring Invoices Module

    Registers the set of Automatic Invoices to be created for monthly automatic receipts.

  • Módulo de Facturación automática de Tickets

    Through this module, we can automatically invoice all of a client's outstanding tickets. The invoice is created and all hours worked outside of the contract and materials used are charged for each intervention ticket.

  • Tasks / Events Module

    Given a contact, pre-contact, or account, we can create a Task or Event record for it that allows us to control the completion date within the calendar. It is also recorded and associated within the contact's file.

  • Opportunities Module

    It records all business opportunities detected with accounts or contacts. Once we convert the pre-contact, the program gives us the option to create a business opportunity with the created account/contact.

  • Documents Module

    Manage documents that can be associated with Accounts, Contacts, Pre-contacts, Opportunities, Quotes, Invoices, and other core modules. All document management can be structured into folders. These documents can be attached to emails from the tool itself.
