Por defecto tal cual esta desarrollado el modelo de workflows de <strong>vTiger<\/strong>\u00a0esta funci\u00f3n no se puede hacer, as\u00ed el fabricante <em>VTExperts<\/em> ha programado una extensi\u00f3n que proporciona una personalizaci\u00f3n del sistema <strong>vTiger<\/strong> mediante la cual, en la creaci\u00f3n del evento, se generar\u00e1 un ticket autom\u00e1ticamente.<\/p><p>Asi por ejemplo, Pedro planifica las reuniones f\u00edsicas en la organizaci\u00f3n Comercial Solis, pero no participa en esas reuniones como miembro. Para mantener a Pedro informado, la empresa quiere que se le asigne un ticket autom\u00e1tico cada vez que un usuario realiza un evento de calendario y de esta forma Pedro pueda gestionar dicho ticket y mantener informado del caso. As\u00ed Pedro puede verificar el ticket y hacer los ajustes para los pr\u00f3ximos eventos sin perturbar la privacidad de otros miembros de la organizaci\u00f3n que participan en la reuni\u00f3n.<\/p><p>Todo el proceso constar\u00e1 de dos pasos:<\/p><p>1\u00ba) Creaci\u00f3n del evento<\/p><p>2\u00ba) Generaci\u00f3n de un ticket autom\u00e1tico en respuesta<\/p><p>En primer lugar, se crear\u00e1 un evento. En segundo lugar, en respuesta a ese evento se generar\u00e1 un ticket autom\u00e1tico.<\/p><p>Os pegamos capturas de pantalla de c\u00f3mo funcionar\u00eda el proceso.<\/p><p>Vaya al calendario y
