{"id":1565,"date":"2020-01-09T08:28:05","date_gmt":"2020-01-09T08:28:05","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.vtigerspain.es\/?p=1565"},"modified":"2020-01-09T08:37:33","modified_gmt":"2020-01-09T08:37:33","slug":"nueva-version-del-portal-de-clientes-para-vtiger-crm-7-1","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.vtigerspain.es\/en\/nueva-version-del-portal-de-clientes-para-vtiger-crm-7-1\/","title":{"rendered":"Nueva versi\u00f3n del portal de clientes para vTiger CRM 7.1"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>A partir de las versiones de <strong>vTiger CRM<\/strong> 7.X ya podemos disfrutar de una nueva versi\u00f3n del portal de clientes con importantes mejoras para los usuarios.<\/p>\n<p>Esta nueva versi\u00f3n mejorada lamentablemente no compatibiliza si intentamos conectarla con nuestra antigua versi\u00f3n de <strong>vTiger CRM<\/strong> 6.X<\/p>\n<p>Recordemos que el portal de cliente es un sistema web externo que no esta integrado dentro del motor de <strong>vTiger CRM<\/strong> y que se conecta a trav\u00e9s de la API de vTiger CRM donde es posible tener dicho sistema externamente a donde tengamos instalado nuestro <strong>vTiger CRM<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Las traducciones a Espa\u00f1ol no est\u00e1n aun preparadas en la versi\u00f3n Open Source pero en <strong>vTigerSpain<\/strong> podemos facilitaros un esqueleto de traducciones para el portal de clientes de<strong> vTiger CRM<\/strong> 7.1.<\/p>\n<p>Entre las mejoras que se implementan podemos destacar las siguientes:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Nuevas mejoras en la interfaz de la gesti\u00f3n de incidencias con una mejor experiencia para los usuarios, se presenta la informaci\u00f3n de las incidencias de una forma m\u00e1s intuitiva y de f\u00e1cil gesti\u00f3n de la informaci\u00f3n. El listado de tickets de soporte cuenta con una mejor gesti\u00f3n de los filtros de informaci\u00f3n y la posibilidad de exportar a CSV f\u00e1cilmente el listado de todos ellos. Existe un bot\u00f3n directamente para cerrar el ticket de soporte. Se implementa un sistema de pesta\u00f1as para distinguir entre las \u00faltimas actualizaciones del ticket, los comentarios, los documentos.<\/li>\n<li>El portal de clientes pasa a ser multiidioma donde cada cliente puede elegir con que idioma quiere acceder a la interfaz (Espa\u00f1ol, Ingles, Franc\u00e9s, etc.)<\/li>\n<li>Mejora en la gesti\u00f3n de la consulta global de la informaci\u00f3n a trav\u00e9s de la implantaci\u00f3n de un nuevo buscador global en el portal de cliente.<\/li>\n<li>Implantaci\u00f3n de un nuevo m\u00f3dulo de FAQ para que los clientes puedan acceder a todas las preguntas y respuestas frecuentes que han sido marcadas como FAQ en el sistema.<\/li>\n<li>Implantaci\u00f3n de un nuevo m\u00f3dulo de Proyectos que va a permitir a los clientes ver el estado de gesti\u00f3n de sus proyectos si interesa que los clientes puedan acceder a esta informaci\u00f3n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>At <a href=\"https:\/\/www.vtigerspain.es\/en\/\">vTigerSpain<\/a> somos especialistas en la implantaci\u00f3n y adecuaci\u00f3n a la medida del portal de clientes de <strong>vTiger CRM<\/strong> para su \u00faltima versi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.vtigerspain.es\/image\/portalClientesvTigerCRM7.png\" \/><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>A partir de las versiones de vTiger CRM 7.X ya podemos disfrutar de una nueva versi\u00f3n del portal de clientes con importantes mejoras para los usuarios.
