Los clientes que necesitan realizar un seguimiento o actualizar los datos de su negocio encontrar\u00e1n esta herramienta particularmente \u00fatil para realizar gran parte de los procesos de relaci\u00f3n con su negocio de una forma telem\u00e1tica y no propiamente por otras v\u00edas tradicionales como pueden ser tel\u00e9fono, email o fax.<\/p>\n<p>Los sitios web de tarjetas de cr\u00e9dito son un ejemplo claro de portales que muchas personas usan. Los clientes pueden ver los cargos en su tarjeta de cr\u00e9dito, configurar pagos con tarjeta de cr\u00e9dito y m\u00e1s.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00bfQu\u00e9 datos puedes compartir con los clientes a trav\u00e9s del portal de clientes de vTiger CRM a partir de la versi\u00f3n 7?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Tras la publicaci\u00f3n de la \u00faltima versi\u00f3n 7 de vTiger CRM se han a\u00f1adido nuevos m\u00f3dulos disponibles a ser publicados dentro del portal de clientes, veamos a continuaci\u00f3n un listado de los m\u00f3dulos de Vtiger que pueden estar disponibles para los clientes a partir de esta \u00faltima versi\u00f3n:<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 Incidencias<br \/>\n\u00b7 Preguntas frecuentes (FAQ)<br \/>\n\u00b7 Facturas<br \/>\n\u00b7 Presupuestos<br \/>\n\u00b7 Productos<br \/>\n\u00b7 Servicios<br \/>\n\u00b7 Documentos<br \/>\n\u00b7 Proyectos, tareas de proyectos o actividades, hitos<br \/>\n\u00b7 Recursos<br \/>\n\u00b7 Contratos de Servicio<br \/>\n\u00b7 Documentaci\u00f3n subida<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00bfC\u00f3mo configurar el Portal del Cliente dentro de vTiger CRM?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Primer paso:<\/strong> Siendo administrador del sistema vaya a Configuraci\u00f3n de CRM&gt; Configuraci\u00f3n&gt; Portal del cliente<\/p>\n<p><strong>Segundo paso:<\/strong> En la pantalla de configuraci\u00f3n que puede ver en la imagen posterior podr\u00e1 configurar las opciones o m\u00f3dulos que se mostraran en la p\u00e1gina de inicio del Portal del cliente y especificar que m\u00f3dulos estar\u00e1n accesibles dentro del portal de clientes<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 Elija los m\u00f3dulos que los clientes deben ver: incidencias, preguntas frecuentes, productos, etc.<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 Activar diagrama de ver tickets por prioridad<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 Activar el widget de ver documentos recientes<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 Activar el widget de ver FAQ\u00b4s recientes<\/p>\n<p><strong>Tercer Paso:<\/strong>\u00a0Activaci\u00f3n de que contactos\/clientes podr\u00e1n tener acceso al Portal del Cliente<\/p>\n<p>1) Dentro del m\u00f3dulo de contactos ir al registro del contacto al cual queremos activarle el acceso al Portal de Clientes<br \/>\n2) Al crear o modificar el registro de contacto, vaya a la secci\u00f3n \u00abDetalles del portal del cliente\u00bb y haga clic en la casilla junto a \u00abPortal del usuario\u00bb para activar el acceso<br \/>\n3) Despu\u00e9s de guardar el registro de contacto, se enviar\u00e1 un correo electr\u00f3nico autom\u00e1ticamente a ese cliente con detalles y credenciales sobre c\u00f3mo acceder a su cuenta en el portal del cliente.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<figure style=\"width: 810px\" class=\"wp-caption alignnone\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium\" src=\"https:\/\/www.vtigerspain.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/images\/vtigercustomerportal.jpg\" alt=\"vTigerCRM Portal de Clientes\" width=\"810\" height=\"448\" \/><figcaption class=\"wp-caption-text\">vTigerCRM Portal de Clientes<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<figure style=\"width: 810px\" class=\"wp-caption alignnone\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium\" src=\"https:\/\/www.vtigerspain.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/images\/vtigerportalclient2.png\" alt=\"vTigerCRM Portal de Clientes2\" width=\"810\" height=\"448\" \/><figcaption class=\"wp-caption-text\">vTigerCRM Portal de Clientes Activaci\u00f3n al Contacto<\/figcaption><\/figure>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\u00bfQu\u00e9 es el Portal de Clientes de vTiger CRM?
