de RRHH de control de accesos del personal de la empresa en vTiger CRM"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>At <a href=\"https:\/\/www.vtigerspain.es\/en\/\">vTigerSpain.es<\/a> hemos desarrollado recientemente un m\u00f3dulo de <strong>RRHH<\/strong> para llevar el control de accesos del personal de la empresa, dejando registro de entradas y salidas a un centro de trabajo a trav\u00e9s de una <strong>app Android<\/strong> donde el empleado se identifica y deja registro del acceso c\u00f3modamente.<\/p>\n<p>El m\u00f3dulo trabaja en combinaci\u00f3n con una <strong>app Android<\/strong> que estar\u00eda accesible a trav\u00e9s de<strong> Google Play<\/strong> y que permitir\u00eda a los empleados de la empresa identificarse y fichar tanto en la entrada como en la salida del trabajo.<\/p>\n<p>Los empleados de la empresa tienen ya establecido un usuario dentro del m\u00f3dulo de usuarios de <strong>vTiger CRM<\/strong> y se aprovecha su control de acceso para justamente autentificarse contra la <strong>app Android<\/strong> de <strong>RRHH<\/strong> de la compa\u00f1\u00eda.<\/p>\n<p>As\u00ed en un nuevo m\u00f3dulo de \u201cAccesos\u201d que tenemos en <strong>vTiger CRM<\/strong> se pueden extraer a posteriori informes por cada empleado de sus listados de entradas y salidas exportados a Excel desde la propia herramienta <strong>vTiger CRM<\/strong> para su tratamiento o presentaci\u00f3n en distintos informes o listados que aplican seg\u00fan la legislaci\u00f3n vigente (la seguridad social nos obliga a las empresas a tener un control de entradas y salidas del personal laboral).<\/p>\n<p>Este m\u00f3dulo y la <strong>app Android<\/strong> la adaptamos igualmente a la medida de cada uno de nuestros clientes para a partir de ella realizar tambi\u00e9n otros tr\u00e1mites o gestiones propiamente del departamento de RRHH como puede ser la solicitud de las vacaciones o bien el acceso a noticias o documentos PDF de formaci\u00f3n exclusivos por cada empleado o puesto de trabajo.<\/p>\n<p><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-6063 aligncenter\"
