soporte en vTigerSpain.\n\nSe trata de un m\u00f3dulo de <strong>app Android<\/strong> de<strong> vTigerCRM Open Source<\/strong> para gesti\u00f3n de m\u00f3dulo de Incidencias o Tickets para <strong>vTigerCRM Open Source<\/strong> de empresas de mantenimientos (http:\/\/sat.vtigerspain.es).\n\nA trav\u00e9s de una aplicaci\u00f3n <strong>Android<\/strong> programada a la medida el t\u00e9cnico de campo de su empresa puede llevar una gesti\u00f3n de tickets, meter comentarios, abrir nuevos tickets, cambiar el estado de resoluci\u00f3n de los mismos, imputar materiales o productos a la resoluci\u00f3n del ticket y recojer la firma de aceptaci\u00f3n del parte de trabajo del cliente para as\u00ed generar el <strong>PDF<\/strong> autom\u00e1ticamente del cierre del parte de trabajo firmado por el cliente y sin necesitar papel para ello.\n\n<h2>Demostraci\u00f3n Gratuita de la App de Gesti\u00f3n de Tickets de Hostgreen<\/h2>\nPueden acceder a una demostraci\u00f3n de nuestra app descargando la misma desde el enlace que indicamos debajo y utilizando la cuenta de usuario que facilitamos de demostraci\u00f3n.\n\nLa app tiene que admitir su
